Harbor & Peak is the back-office side of Kubo, a short-term rental operation running 18 properties across owned, managed, and arbitrage. We built the systems because hiring our way through the work was too slow and too expensive. That team now has capacity, and this is us opening it up.

No. We work under your brand, in your voice, from your accounts. Owner statements go out with your logo on them. As far as anyone outside your company is concerned, it's your team.
Where is your team based?
The Philippines, working US hours with a named supervisor. That is how the pricing works and we would rather say so upfront than have you find out later. What you are buying is a trained team running on software we built, not the cheapest hourly labour on the market.
What happens at 3am when something goes wrong?
Someone is awake. We agree an escalation matrix during onboarding: what our team handles alone, what gets escalated, to whom, and at what hour. Most nights you hear nothing.
How many clients are you taking?
A small number, and we onboard one at a time with 30 days between each. Growing faster than we can train is how this kind of service breaks.
What if it isn't working?
Month to month, 30 days notice either side. You keep the operations manual we build during onboarding, including every per-property SOP, whether you stay or not.
We will never rent, sell, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
